  The Xhorse M3 jaw is designed for use with the Condor XC Mini, Mini Plus, and Dolphin key cutting machines.

  It is specifically made for cutting Tibbe keys commonly used on Jaguar and Ford vehicles.
• 
  Please note that, like most high-security key cutting machines, this jaw supports 6-cut Tibbe keys only.
• 
  It cannot cut 8-cut Tibbe keys.

As far as we know, the 3D Xtreme from Laser Key Products is currently the only machine capable of cutting 8-cut Tibbe keys.
